Research on the Influence of Corporate Performance on Executive Change
Taking the related data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2021 as the sample,this article studies the relationship between executive changes and corporate performance.The results show that the lower the corporate performance,the higher the probability of executive changes,and there is a significant negative correlation between the two.At the same time,the personal characteristics such as the educational background of the executives also have an influence on the executive changes.
