There are some obvious shortcomings in the internationalization of Shandong cultural industry.—112—In order to accelerate the pace of"going out",we should take corresponding measures urgently and shore up weak links as soon as possible.Firstly,we should shore up weak links of the ideas,strengthen the commodity attributes of culture,and truly run culture as an industry.Secondly,we should shore up weak links of capital,take the path of capital diversification,actively absorb social capital and foreign capital,and encourage direct investment in overseas cultural enterprises.Thirdly,we should shore up weak links of scale,optimize and integrate resources,build large enterprise groups,and achieve scale effects.Fourthly,we should shore up weak links of cultural brand,implement the cultural brand cultivation project,build a sound brand system,formulate standards and norms,and strive to create influential cultural IP.Fifthly,we should shore up weak links of talents,integrate the whole province's research forces and intellectual resources,optimize the structure of talent teams,and build a global cultural industry talent training mechanism.Sixthly,we should shore up weak links of technology,build an e-commerce foreign trade platform and international service platform for the cultural industry,and build an effective mechanism that can help cultural industry develop in high-quality with modern information technology.
