Industry-Academy-Research under the Complex Product Corporate's Leadership
Based on innovation behavior decision-making thought,the paper designs moderative strategy under the constraint of R&D service agreement.Based on the cooperative decision-making thought of"mutual aid goes hand in hand with punishment",the paper makes a comparative analysis of the four equilibriums of cooperative innovation under the condition of bilateral moral risk.The empirical results show that the moderative or focal point strategy have significant negative influence on the cooperation performance and the fairness of the cooperative community.Compared with non-cooperation predetermined precept under disciplinal measures,income transfer model is more incentive and has a more critically positive role in promoting cooperation.Based on this,this paper puts forward the optimal cooperation decision suggestions from the aspects of negotiation,game rules,information and resource management.
