Adsorption Separation of Tungsten and Molybdenum from Low-Tungsten and High-Molybdenum Solution
The technology of adsorption separation of tungsten and molybdenum from low-tungsten and high-molyb-denum solution by ferric nitrate was studied. The effects of the mole ratio of Fe3+/W,pH value, stirring speed,re-action time, reaction temperature and standing time on adsorption were investigated. The results show that:Under the conditions of the mole ratio of Fe3+/W multiple of 6 times,pH 9.0,stirring speed of 600 r/min,reaction time of 1 h,reaction temperature of 40℃ and standing time of 15 h,the tungsten-molybdenum ratio of solution can be reduced from 2.08×10-2 to 6.52×10-4,and the molybdenum loss rate is only 3.56% .The separation effect of tungsten-molybdenum is remarkable. The Fe3+ in ferric nitrate has a good recycling effect.
