新建吕东沟钒矿生态环境恢复治理研究

摘要
在坚持"矿产资源开发利用与生态环境恢复并举"的原则基础上,以陕西省山阳县新建吕东沟钒矿的生态环境恢复治理为背景,开展了新建吕东沟钒矿生态环境恢复治理项目研究,进而提出了通过生物、工程、信息化和管理等措施为主的生态环境保护与恢复治理方案,通过科学、有序、合理的开发利用矿山资源,对开采造成的生态破坏失衡予以最大限度的恢复治理,为矿产资源开发与社会经济的协同高质量发展起到促进作用.
Abstract
On the basis of adhering to the principle of"simultaneous development and utilization of mineral re-sources and restoration of ecological environment",this paper takes the ecological environment restoration and treatment of the newly-built Lvdonggou vanadium mine in Shanyang county,Shaanxi province as the background,and carries out research on the ecological environment restoration and control project of the newly-built Lvdonggou vanadium mine.Furthermore,it proposes an ecological environment protection and restoration control plan mainly through biological,engineering,information technology,and control measures.Through scientific,orderly reasona-ble development and utilization of mining resources,maximum restoration and control of ecological damage caused by mining,and promotion of high quality coordinated development between mineral resource development and so-cio-economic development.
