摘要
介绍了分光光度法测定钼化工废水中的氯离子的含量,确定了最佳检测条件,在选定的试验条件下,氯离子工作曲线为y =0.001 1x-0.000 5,相关系数为R2 =0.999 8,检出限为 0.033 mg/L,相对标准偏差为 2.55%、2.66%,回收率为93.75%~108.33%.本方法具有简单、快捷、精密度好、准确度高等优点,可以满足日常生产检测.
Abstract
The determination of chloride ion content in molybdenum chemical wastewater by spectrophotometry is in-troduced,and the best detection conditions are determined.Under the selected experimental conditions,the working curve of chloride ion is y =0.001 1x-0.000 5,and the correlation coefficient is R2 = 0.999 8.The detection limit is 0.033 mg/L,the relative standard deviations are 2.55%and 2.66%,and the recovery rate is 93.75%~108.33%.This method has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity,good precision and high accuracy,it can also meet the needs of daily production and detection.
