某钼矿浮选试验研究

某钼矿属于易回收硫化钼,同时伴有少量的黄铜矿,为充分高效利用该钼资源,系统进行了粗选磨矿细度、浮选pH值、捕收剂种类和用量、起泡剂种类和用量、精选再磨细度、铜钼分离抑制剂种类和用量等关键试验研究.试验结果表明:采用一次粗选—两次扫选—一次粗精选—两次精扫选—七次精选的工艺流程,当pH调整剂石灰用量为300 g/t,钼捕收剂柴油用量为142 g/t,起泡剂2#油用量为52 g/t,水玻璃用量为50 g/t,铜抑制剂BK505C用量为260 g/t时,可获得精矿品位为54.45%,回收率为95.58%的钼精矿.
Experimental Study on Flotation of a Molybdenum Ore
A molybdenum ore belongs to easy-recovery molybdenum sulfide,which is associated with a small a-mount of chalcopyrite.In order to make full and efficient use of the molybdenum resource,the key experimental studies on the grinding fineness of roughing,the pH of flotation,the type and dosage of collector,the type and dos-age of foaming agent,the regrinding fineness of cleaning and the type and dosage of copper depressant for copper-molybdenum separation were systematically carried out.The test results show that the process flow of one roughing-two scavenging-one pre-cleaning-two cleaning scavenging-seven cleaning is adopted,when the dosage of pH reg-ulator lime is 300 g/t,the dosage of molybdenum collector diesel is 142 g/t,the dosage of foaming agent 2# oil is 52 g/t,the dosage of sodium silicate is 50 g/t,and the dosage of copper depressant BK505C is 260 g/t,a molyb-denum concentrate with the concentrate grade of 54.45% and the recovery rate of 95.58% can be obtained.
