Optimization of Drying Technology for Ammonium Heptamolybdate Production
This paper aims to find out the appropriate conditional parameters of ammonium heptamolybdate drying technology to solve the problem of product powder and energy consumption caused by uncomfortable conditions dur-ing the drying process.Taking molybdenum content,water content,water insoluble,water solubility,Fsss particle size,thermo-weight analysis and crystal morphology as evaluation indicators,the impact of different times,different temperatures and different air supply speeds on the molybdenum content and water solubility of ammonium heptamo-lybdate drying products were systematically studied.Through comparative experiments and data analysis,the suit-able process conditions for drying ammonium heptamolybdate are:the temperature is 50~65℃,the time is 1~1.5 h,and the wind speed is about 10 L/min.
