摘要

对GB/T7484-1987《水质氟化物的测定离子选择电极法》和低含量氟的测定方法HJ 488-2009《水质氟化物 氟试剂分光光度法》进行了方法验证,从样品保存、标准曲线线性、检出限、加标回收率、精密度、准确度、样品测定、方法对比等方面进行了条件试验研究.试验表明:氟试剂分光光度法适合水样洁净,无干扰项样品的测定,且操作繁琐、耗时较长;离子选择电极法测定范围较广,结果准确,能够快速指导生产,是一种既经济又准确的氟化物检测方法.

Abstract

The method of ion selective electrode for the determination of water fluoride(GB/T 7484-1987)and the method for the determination of low content fluoride(HJ 488-2009)were discussed.The method conditional test studies were carried out on the preparation work before measurement,linearity of the standard curve,detection lim-it,spike recovery,precision,accuracy,sample determination,and method comparison.The experiment shows that fluorine reagent spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of clean water samples without interference,and it is cumbersome and time-consuming to operate;the ion selective electrode method has a wide range and accurate results,which can quickly guide the production is an economic and classic fluoride detection method.
