Experimental Study on Comprehensive Recovery of Extremely Low Grade Copper Associated with Molybdenum in a Molybdenum Ore
A molybdenum ore is associated with a very low-grade copper sulphide with a copper grade of 0.016%,which is difficult to recover directly.Copper sulfide has good natural floatability, and some copper sulfide enters the molybdenum cleaning process. After the separation of copper and molybdenum in the molybdenum cleaning process, the copper in the molybdenum cleaning tail can be enriched to 1.78%,which has certain economic val-ue.In order to efficiently recover copper metal from molybdenum cleaning-scavenging tail, the key experimental studies on dehydration, the pH of flotation, the type and dosage of collector, the regrinding fineness were systemati-cally carried out.The test results show that the process flow of one roughing-two scavenging-four cleaning is adopt-ed,a copper concentrate with the concentrate grade of 21.49%and the operating recovery rate of 79.41%can be obtained when the dosage of pH regulator lime is 50 g/t,the dosage of copper collector Z200 is 28 g/t,the dosage of foaming agent 2#oil is 1.3 g/t.
