Tungsten Phase Analysis and Detection of Tungsten Polymetallic Ore
The leaching conditions of tungstite using ammonia solution and scheelite using citric acid-hydrochloric acid mixed solution were studied, and the changes of tungsten trioxide content in the leaching solution were investi-gated after continuous leaching and phase separation under different conditions. Two standard working curves of tungsten trioxide at 0~240.00 μg/50 mL and 0~1800.00 μg/100 mL were drawn, the limit of detection was 0.0021 μg/mL,the linear range was 0.0069~18.00 μg/mL.The tungsten ions in the leaching solution were di-rectly measured by thiocyanate spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 401 nm to quickly determine the content of tungsten trioxide in tungstite, scheelite, and black tungsten. The RSD(n=11)of the sample determination results is between 0.3%and 4.9%,and the inter-laboratory comparison results were consistent.
