Microstructure and Properties of Molybdenum-Tungsten Alloy Plate with High Tungsten Content
The article studies the differences in the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology of molybdenum-tungsten alloy plates with different high tungsten content. The results show that at the annealing tem-perature of 1 500℃,the Mo-50W alloy plate completes grain recrystallization, the Mo-70W alloy plate begins to recrystallize, and the pure tungsten plate grains further grow;the hardness of the molybdenum-tungsten alloy plate increases with the annealing temperature. The increase shows a downward trend. At the same annealing tempera-ture,the hardness value of molybdenum-tungsten alloy plate increases with the increase of W content;the tensile strength of molybdenum-tungsten alloy plate is lower than that of pure tungsten plate at 1 200℃and below, and higher than that of pure tungsten plate at 1 300℃and above.
