钼铼合金加工制备及焊接性能研究进展

主要论述了钼铼合金的加工制备方式及焊接方式对钼铼合金焊缝质量的影响.焊缝质量与钼铼合金的铼含量密切相关,经过分析对比发现:随着铼含量的增加,钼铼合金的加工难度随之降低,其焊接处的焊缝质量随之提升;铼含量较低时,焊缝的质量较差;在焊缝处渗碳,可有效改善低铼钼铼合金的焊缝质量.
Research Progress in Processing Preparation and Weldability of Mo-Re Alloys
The influence of processing and preparation methods of molybdenum rhenium alloys and welding methods on the quality of molybdenum rhenium alloy welds was discussed.The quality of the weld seam is closely related to the rhenium content of the molybde-num rhenium alloy.After analysis and comparison,it is found that as the rhenium content increases,the processing difficulty of the molybdenum rhenium alloy decreases,and the quality of the weld seam at the welding point improves accordingly;When the rhenium content is low,the quality of the weld seam is poor;Carburizing at the weld seam can effectively improve the weld quality of low rheni-um molybdenum rhenium alloys.
