国外某铜钼混合精矿磁选分离工艺试验研究

摘要
以国外某铜钼选厂含铜、钼品位分别为15.98%和9.25%的铜钼混合精矿作为研究对象,针对该混合精矿的矿物学特征,基于前期探索试验结果,确定采用"SLon-立环脉动高梯度磁选机一粗一扫"的工艺流程处理该铜钼混合精矿.通过流程试验结果表明:获得了含Cu品位26.04%,Mo 3.33%的铜精矿;含Mo品位 14.52%,含Cu 7.02%的钼精矿.本研究实现了铜钼混合精矿的高效分离,可为铜钼绿色分离提供技术支撑.
Abstract
A copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate with grades of Cu 15.98%and Mo 9.25%respectively in a copper-molybdenum mine beneficiation plant abroad is taken as the research object.According to the mineralogy characteristics of the mixed concentrate,based on the preliminary exploration test results,the process flow of"SL-on-vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator for one rough stage and one scavenger stage"is deter-mined to treat the copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate.The process test results show that a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 26.04%and Mo 3.33%and a molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 14.52%and Cu 7.02%have been obtained.Efficiency separation of copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate has been achieved,which provides a technical support for the green industry of copper-molybdenum separation.
