Experimental Study on Acid Leaching and Phosphorus Removing of a Low-Grade Scheelite
The high phosphorus and low-grade scheelite from a certain alkaline decomposition process in Luan-chuan,Henan province was taken as the research object. The feasibility of removing phosphorus from this scheelite with hydrochloric acid was explored through single factor experiments, and the effects of various factors during the leaching process on the decomposition of scheelite and the leaching of impurity phosp horus were investigated. The experimental results show that under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 2 mol/L,leaching time of 1 hour, reaction temperature of 50℃,acid leaching reaction liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1,and grinding time of 1 hour, the highest phosphorus leaching rate can reach over 99%.Metal tungsten is further enriched in the leaching slag, successfully achieving the transformation from low-grade scheelite to intermediate scheelite. This indicates that the acid decomposition method is suitable for the treatment of such high phosphorus complex scheelite, providing a the-oretical basis and experimental basis for enterprises to achieve process transformation and optimize process parame-ters in the future.
