高温HIP对难熔金属显微组织与性能的影响

使用1 800℃的高温HIP,研究了纯钨、钨镧、TZM和MHC等材料的微观组织和力学性能.试验发现:经过HIP1800 处理后,钨镧合金的晶粒未发生明显变化,硬度高于纯钨;去应力状态的TZM和MHC钼合金性能差异在经过HIP1800 后得到了消除,具有相似的显微组织和室温力学性能.
Effect of High-Temperature HIP on the Microstructure and Properties of Refractory Metals
The microstructure and mechanical properties of pure tungsten,tungsten lanthanum,TZM,and MHC materials were analyzed by using high-temperature HIP at 1 800℃.The experiment found that after HIP1800 treat-ment,the grain size of tungsten lanthanum alloy did not change significantly,and the hardness was higher than that of pure tungsten;the difference in performance between TZM and MHC molybdenum alloys in stress relieved state was eliminated after HIP1800,and they had similar microstructure and room temperature mechanical prop-erties.
