当归根际土壤水浸提液对黄芪和工业大麻幼苗生长的化感作用

为探讨当归对自身以及黄芪和工业大麻的化感作用,采用生物测定方法,研究了当归根际土壤水浸提液在0.001、0.005、0.010 g/mL 3种浓度处理下对种子萌发、幼苗生长和生理指标的影响.结果表明,当归根际土壤水浸提液对自身和黄芪的种子萌发、幼苗生长、叶绿素合成和渗透调节物质的积累均有抑制作用,作用强度随处理浓度的增加而增强;0.005 g/mL处理可提高工业大麻发芽势和发芽率,幼苗株高、根长、鲜重和叶绿素含量显著增加.化感效应指数分析表明,当归有明显的自毒作用,其对黄芪的化感抑制作用最强,对工业大麻的化感抑制作用较弱,建议生产上用工业大麻和当归轮作,以缓解自毒作用引起的连作障碍.
Allelopathy of Rhizosphere Soil Aqueous Extract from Angelica Sinensis on Seedling Growth of A.membranaceu and Industrial Hemp(Cannabis sativa L.)
To investigate allelopathy of planting soil aqueous extract from Angelica sinensis on itself, A.membranaceu and industrial hemp(Cannabis sativa L.),the effect of the extract on seed germination, seedling growth and physiological index was measured by bioassay method under three different concen-tration treatments,0.001,0.005 and 0.010 g/mL.The results showed that aqueous extract inhibited seed germination,seedling growth,chlorophyll synthesis and accumulation of osmotic adjustment sub-stances of Angelica sinensis and A.membranaceu,and the inhibition effects increased with the rise of treatment concentration.The aqueous extract with concentration of 0.005 g/mL increased germination power and germination rate,plant height of seedlings,root length,fresh weight,and the content of chlo-rophyll were increased significantly.The analysis of allelopathy index indicated that Angelica Sinensis has the autotoxicity,which has high inhibitory effect on A.membranaceu and weak inhibitory effect on hemp, so it is suggested that hemp and Angelica sinensis rotation should be used in production to alleviate con-tinuous cropping obstacle caused by autointoxication.
