The miR156 gene family of industrial hemp plays an important role in the regulation of re-sponse to alkaline salt stress. In order to explore the molecular mechanism of miR156 gene family of in-dustrial hemp in response to NaHCO3 stress, this gene family of Huoma No.1(aline-alkali tolerant varie-ty)was analyzed by bioinformatics and qRT-PCR.The results showed that the miR156 family gene of in-dustrial hemp is closely related to asparagus, wild strawberry, apple and soybean. The mature miR156,derived from the two pre-miR156 sequences, exhibited higher conservation.During the 24 hours of NaH-CO3 stress, the expression of the miR156 gene in industrial hemp initially increased, followed by a de-crease and subsequent increase as the stress duration prolonged. The findings of this study established a theoretical foundation for further exploration into the regulatory network of the miR156 gene family and its target genes in industrial hemp under saline-alkali stress.
