Rural vitalization is a historical task for China to comprehensively build a modernized so-cialist country,and also the foundation of promoting Chinese-style modernization.At present,we faced new challenges and problems in the new period of rural vitalization strategy promotion.Based on the anal-ysis of major obstacles faced by rural residents,agriculture and rural areas in putting forward the rural vi-talization strategy,including improving revenue and efficiency,transformation of agricultural industry and changes in population structure,measures were proposed for constructing a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development of rural vitalization.The paper held that it is vital to build a modern-ized agricultural industry,enhance the industrial organization of rural residents and form a dual-circula-tion supply system relying mainly to domestic market.To ensure the high-quality development of rural re-vitalization,we must adhere to the guidance of the Communist Party of China with better county-level planning,AI assisted precise service,management of talent introduction and training,building Domestic Unified Market and regional coordination.
