苎麻剥制机械研究现状与发展趋势

苎麻是中国特色纤维作物,对其茎秆进行剥制是获取苎麻纤维材料的必要环节,开展苎麻剥制机械研究对该产业发展具有重要意义.文章在综述苎麻茎秆力学性能研究现状的基础上,分析了国外早期剥麻机存在的剥麻质量与效率不高的问题,介绍了我国现有剥麻机械的技术优势与问题,总结了麻类作物剥麻机械仿真模拟及智能机具的研发现状.研究认为,苎麻剥制机具研究还处于发展阶段,自动化、智能化、数据化是其未来研究发展方向.
Research Status and Development Trend of Ramie Decorticator
Ramie is a fiber crop with Chinese characteristics,and decorticating ramie stem is neces-sary to obtain ramie fiber materials.The research of ramie decorticating machinery is of great significance to the development of ramie industry.Based on an extensive review of the mechanical properties of ramie stalks,this paper elucidated historical issues about the quality and efficiency of early foreign ramie decor-ticator,and introduced the technical advantages and problems of the ramie decorticators existed in China,and summarized the current situation of mechanical simulation and intelligent machines.In general,the research of ramie decorticator still faces many challenges in the development stage,and will develop to the direction of automation,intelligence and datamation for future research and development.
