摘要
为研究工业大麻不同生育时期对干旱胁迫的反应,试验以两个不同类型工业大麻品种(晋麻1 号和汾麻 3 号)为材料,采用盆栽控水的方式,研究苗期、快速生长期、花期和成熟期干旱胁迫对其生长的影响.结果表明:干旱胁迫显著影响了两种工业大麻的生长,株高、茎粗、叶面积、茎叶干重、根系体积、根系表面积、根系平均直径、根系干重均显著低于对照(CK);根冠比显著高于对照;干旱胁迫对两种工业大麻的影响均在快速生长期最大,其次为苗期.
Abstract
In order to study the response of industrial hemp at different growth stages to drought,two different types of industrial hemp varieties(Jinma 1 and Fenma 3)were used as test materials.The drought stress was conducted by water controlling of potted cultivation,and the effects on industrial hemp at multiple growth stages(seedlings,rapid growth stage,blooming and mature stage)were studied.The results showed that drought stress significantly affect the growth of the two types of hemp,especially for plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,dry weight of stem and leaf,root volume,root surface area,root average diameter,root dry weight.These indexes are significantly lower than those of control group.How-ever,the root-shoot ratio are significantly higher than those of control group.The greatest impact of drought stress on both types of industrial hemp was observed in the rapid growth stage,followed by the seedling stage.
