摘要

为了评价不同亚麻种质资源萌发期的抗旱性以及筛选抗旱品种,研究以 26 份亚麻种质资源为材料,在种子萌发期利用聚乙二醇溶液(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫,测定 26 份亚麻种质资源种子萌发期发芽率、发芽势等 9 个指标.结果表明,筛选干旱胁迫的最适PEG-6000 浓度为15%.通过相关性分析、主成分分析筛选出4 个综合抗旱性评价的关键指标:相对根鲜重、相对根干重、相对幼苗重和相对根长.建立了亚麻种质资源萌发期抗旱性评价体系,同时通过隶属函数分析筛选出2 份抗旱的亚麻资源K6540-1 和AMINNA.

Abstract

In order to evaluate the drought resistance of different flax germplasm resources during germination and screen drought-resistant varieties,26 flax germplasm resources were used as materials in this study,using polyethylene glycol solution(PEG-6000)to simulate drought stress during seed germi-nation.Nine indexes such as germination rate and germination potential of 26 flax germplasm resources during seed germination were determined.The results showed that the optimum PEG-6000 concentration for simulating drought stress was 15%.Through correlation analysis and principal component analysis,four key indexes of comprehensive drought resistance evaluation were screened out:relative root fresh weight,relative root dry weight,relative seedling weight and relative root length,and the drought resist-ance evaluation system of flax germplasm resources at germination stage was established.At the same time,two drought-resistant flax resources,K6540-1 and AMINNA,were screened out by membership function analysis.
