Effects of Two Types of Bast Fiber Seedling Films on Rhizosphere Microorganism Community Structure of Rice Seedlings
The experiment mainly investigated the effects of chito-oligosaccharide bast fiber seedling film and common bast fiber seedling film on the physicochemical properties and microbial community structure of rhizosphere soil of rice seedlings. The results showed that soil pH,and total nitrogen content increased in the group using two different bast fiber seedling films;the soil organic matter was significant-ly reduced under the common bast fiber seedling film treatment;and the total potassium content was sig-nificantly reduced under the chito-oligosaccharide bast fiber seedling film treatment.Compared with the control, there was no significant change in the diversity of rhizosphere soil fungi of rice seedlings under two different hemp seedling film treatments, while the diversity and abundance of bacteria were signifi-cantly reduced.Redundancy analysis of rhizosphere soil physicochemical properties and soil microbial community revealed that hydrolyzable nitrogen had the highest correlation with rhizosphere soil fungal communities, while soil organic matter had the highest correlation with rhizosphere soil bacterial commu-nity distribution.
