为探究CsMYB17基因在工业大麻发育过程中的潜在功能,试验以工业大麻DMG265为材料,对CsMYB17基因进行克隆,并对其编码蛋白进行生信分析.结果表明,CsMYB1基因的CDS区为1005 bp,编码334 个氨基酸,属于亲水性蛋白,并且无跨膜结构和信号肽,其二级结构中无规则卷曲占比最高,与青蒿AaMYB同源性较高.对CsMYB17在大麻不同组织中的表达模式进行分析,结果表明,CsMYB17在雌花、腺毛中表达量相对较高,研究结果为了解CsMYB17在工业大麻发育中的功能提供了理论基础.
Cloning and Expression Analysis of CsMYB17in Industrial Hemp
To explore the potential function of CsMYB17 gene in the development of industrial hemp,CsMYB17was cloned from accession DMG265,and its sequence was used for bioinformatics a-nalysis.The results showed that CDS of CsMYB17region was 1005 bp,encoding 334 amino acids,which belonged to hydrophilic proteins and had non-transmembrane structure and signal peptide.The secondary structure of CsMYB17was random coil,which had a high homology with AaMYB of Artemisia annua.The expression pattern of CsMYB17in different tissues was analysed.The results showed that the expres-sion of CsMYB17was higher in female flowers and glandular trichomes than in other tissues.The study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the function of CsMYB17in the development of industrial hemp.
