Genetic Diversity Assessment of Flax Primary Samples Based on Sampling Design
In order to explore the relationship fully between phenotypic data of flax germplasm re-sources,the research on phenotypic genetic diversity of flax core populations was carried out scientifical-ly. Three different sampling designs were used in this experiment to study and compare five indicators:Shannon Weiner Diversity Index ( H),Mean Difference Percentage ( MD),Variance Difference Percent-age ( VD),Range Compliance ( CR),and the variable rate of Coefficient of Variation ( VR) . By compa-ring the population variance estimation ((y)) and the Deff value, the result shows that the second order equiprobability sample population has the largest VD and VR,with a maximum CR mean of 72. 99%,which is close to the core germplasm. It can be used as a primary sample for core germplasm, providing population materials with rich phenotypes for whole genome resequencing and GWAS analysis.
