砜吡草唑对工业大麻的安全性及控草效果研究

采用土壤喷雾法,通过室内生物测定和田间试验测定砜吡草唑对工业大麻的安全性及除草效果,并评估了该药剂对工业大麻产量的影响.结果显示:砜吡草唑对稗草和反枝苋活性高,GR50分别为20.51、27.05 g/hm2;砜吡草唑主要抑制工业大麻、稗草和反枝苋的株高和鲜重,但能促进其幼根伸长.对工业大麻而言,砜吡草唑对稗草和反枝苋的选择性系数分别为2.13和0.73.田间试验结果表明:砜吡草唑用量为75 g/hm2、药后30 d对汾阳、西双版纳和青冈三地工业大麻田杂草鲜重防效为75.44%~90.37%,且对三地麻籽产量均有显著增产效应,增产率为14.12%~22.41%.施用砜吡草唑防控工业大麻田杂草时,要根据不同区域杂草的种类科学用药,严格控制用量,谨防药害发生.
Safety and Weed Control Efficiency of Pyroxasulfone on Industrial Hemp
Laboratory bioassay and field experiments have been conducted by soil application test to determine the crops safety of pyroxasulfone and the weed control effects in industrial hemp ( Cannabis sa-tiva L.) field,and the impact of this herbicide on industrial hemp yield was evaluated. The results showed that:pyroxasulfone had high activity against barnyard grass ( Echinochloa crusgalli ) and Ama-ranth (Amaranthus retroflexus),GR50 were 20.51 g/hm2 and 27.05 g/hm2 respectively. Pyroxasulfone mainly inhibited the plant height and fresh weight of industrial hemp,barnyard grass and Amaranth,but promoted the elongation of roots. For industrial hemp,the selectivity index of pyroxasulfone to barnyard grass and Amaranth were 2.13 and 0.73. The results of the field experiment showed that the weed control effect in Fengyang,Xishuangbanna and Qinggang were 75.44%-90.37% when the dosage of pyroxasul-fone was 75 g/hm2,and treated for 30 days. It also has a significant increase in yield of industrial hemp seed in all three areas,with an increase rate of 14.12%-22.41%. The above findings suggest that it is necessary to scientifically apply pyroxasulfone according to the species of weeds occurring in different are-as,and strictly control the dosage to prevent the occurrence of phytotoxicity.
