从重阳思想论治代谢相关脂肪性肝病

摘要
文章以重阳思想为指导,运用重阳思想辨治代谢相关脂肪性肝病,对不同病理阶段代谢相关脂肪性肝病的阳气失调程度及导致的一系列症状进行阐释.认为"阳气失用,肝体用失常""阴邪凝滞,浊毒阻络"为关键病机,病邪侵袭人体,阳气在正邪斗争过程中消耗、功能失调,痰湿浊毒等病理产物不得温化代谢,阳气与阴邪相互胶结.治疗采用温阳、和阳、活阳、通阳等治法为导向,并分期论治代谢相关脂肪性肝病,根据病理阶段的不同,采取不同的恢复阳气功能的手段,可取得较好的疗效.
Abstract
Taking Zhongyang thought as a guide,using Zhongyang thought to identify and treat metabolism-related fatty liver disease,the degree of yang-qi imbalance and a series of symptoms caused by metabolism-related fatty liver disease at different path-ological stages are elucidated,with"yang-qi is out of use,the liver body is out of order",and"yin pathogen are stagnant,turbid and poisonous are blocking the collaterals".The key mechanism of the disease is that the disease and evil invade the human body,the yang qi is consumed and dysfunctional in the process of the struggle between good and evil,the pathological products such as phlegm,dampness,turbid poison and cannot be warmed and metabolized,and the yang qi and the yin pathogen are glued to each other,so we adopt the treatment methods of warming the yang,harmonizing with the yang,revitalizing the yang and passing the yang as the guid-ance,and we also use the staging theory for the treatment of metabolism-related steatohepatitis.The treatment of metabolism-relat-ed fatty liver is more effective.
