摘要
文章基于生物力学和十二经筋学理论,结合现代神经解剖学,创造性地提出足阳明经筋相当于股神经,足少阳经筋相当于股外侧皮神经、腓总神经,足太阳经筋相当于坐骨神经的生理功能和病候表现,提出"经筋的实质是神经"的学术观点.在诊断上坚持"以痛为腧"为原则,结合临床影像学检查进行"摸结查灶"定位,提出了腰腿痛的临床诊断新思维;在治疗上采用壮医独创的"手法+火针+拔罐"三联疗法对腰腿痛进行"点-线-面"多维消灶治疗.充分发挥了传统单项疗法的群体协调作用,达到法简效宏的理想功效.
Abstract
Based on biomechanics and classical twelve meridian theory,combined with modern neuroanatomy,this article crea-tively proposes that the foot yangming meridian tendon is equivalent to the femoral nerve,the foot shaoyang meridian tendon is equiva-lent to the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and common peroneal nerve,and the foot sun meridian tendon is equivalent to the physiolog-ical function and pathological manifestations of the sciatic nerve.It proposes the academic viewpoint that the essence of the meridian tendon is a nerve.Adhering to the principle of"taking pain as the acupoint"in diagnosis,combined with clinical imaging examination for"palpation and examination of the lesion"positioning,a new clinical diagnostic thinking for low back and leg pain has been pro-posed.In terms of treatment,the Zhuang doctor's unique"technique+fire needle+cupping"triple therapy is used to treat low back and leg pain in a"point line surface"multidimensional focal reduction treatment.Fully leveraging the group coordination role of tradi-tional single therapy,achieving the ideal effect of simplicity and effectiveness.
