Optimization of Extraction Process of Yigu Recipe Based on Entropy Weight Method and Orthogonal Test
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Yigu recipe based on traditional decoction process.Methods The ex-traction process was optimized by the L9(34)orthogonal test,with the amount of water added,extraction time and extraction frequency as the investigation fators,and with the total flavonol glycosides,icariin contents and solid mass as the comprehensive evaluation indi-cators.Results The optimal extraction processes were as follows:the solid-water ratio was 1∶12,extracting three times,each time for 1.0 h.Conclusion The extraction process is stable and feasible,which can provide a reference for the development of Yigu recipe.
