摘要
支气管扩张症是呼吸科常见病之一,其主要临床症状为咳脓痰和(或)反复咯血.中医将其归属于"肺痈"范畴,其主要病机以肺脾两虚为本,痰热胶结为标,其发病特点虚实夹杂.张华主任注重运用"中和"的组方思想,重视经方的临床运用,将中医经典与现代药理相融合,发挥中医药治疗支气管扩张症的独特优势.
Abstract
Bronchiectasis is one of the common respiratory diseases,and its main clinical symptom is coughing up pus and spu-tum and(or)repeated haemoptysis.In Chinese medicine,it belongs to the category of"Lung Carbuncle",and its main pathological mechanism is based on the deficiency of lung and spleen,with phlegm-heat agglutination as the symptom,and its pathogenesis is characterised by the mixture of deficiencies and realities.Director Zhang Hua pays attention to the idea of"neutralisation"in formu-las,emphasises the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions,integrates TCM classics with modem pharma-cology,and brings into play the unique advantages of TCM in the treatment of bronchiectasis in a combination of time and space.
