目的:系统评价中药灌肠联合人工肝支持系统治疗肝衰竭的疗效.方法:计算机检索CNKI、VIP、CBM、Wanfang Data、独秀数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、Scopus 和 Ovid 数据库,检索时间均是建库至2023年10月,检索中药灌肠联合人工肝支持系统治疗肝功能衰竭的RCT和CCT研究.使用statal6.0进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入12篇研究,共涉及1099例患者.Meta分析结果显示:中药灌肠联合人工肝组可显著提高治疗有效率[OR=2.69,95％CI(2.01,3.59)P＜0.001],明显改善ALB和PTA;在降低TBil、ALT、NH3、不良反应发生率和平均人工肝次数方面优于对照组;两组出血与平均住院天数无统计学意义.结论:中药灌肠联合人工肝可以显著提高治疗LF的有效率,促进肝功能恢复,但仍需高质量临床试验进一步证实.
Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Artificial Liver Support System in Treatment of Patients with Liver Failure:A Meta-analysis
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with artificial liver support system in the treatment of liver failure.Methods CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang Data,Duxiu Data,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,Scopus and Ovid databases were searched for RCT and CCT studies on the treatment of liver failure by tra-ditional Chinese medicine enema combined with artificial liver support system from inception to October 2023.Stata16.0 was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 12 studies were included with involving 1099 patients.Meta-analysis showed that traditional Chi-nese medicine enema combined with artificial liver can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment[OR=2.69,95％CI(2.01,3.59)P＜0.001],and significantly improve ALB and PTA.It was superior to the control group in reducing TBil,ALT,NH3,incidence of adverse reactions and average times of artificial liver.There was no statistical significance in bleeding and average length of hospital stay between the two groups.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with artificial liver can signif-icantly improve the effective rate of LF treatment,promote the recovery of liver function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,but it still needs high-quality clinical trials.
