Influencing factors of acute attack in children with bronchial asthma
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of acute attack in children with bronchial asthma. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 99 children with bronchial asthma admitted to this hospital from August 2021 to January 2022.The clinical data of these children were collected. The serum vitamin D level was detected. These children were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group according to whether the acute attack occurred.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of acute attack in the children with bronchial asthma. Results:There were 21 cases of acute attack in the 99 children with bronchial asthma with an incidence of 21.21%.The proportions of the children with moderate to severe illness, history of pollen contact, recent respiratory infections, vitamin D deficiency, family history of asthma, urban residence, and onset season in autumn and winter in the incidence group was higher than that in the non-incidence group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Logistic regression analysis showed that moderate to severe illness, history of pollen contact, recent respiratory infections, vitamin D deficiency, family history of asthma, urban residence, and onset season in autumn and winter were all risk factors for acute attacks in the children with bronchial asthma(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Moderate to severe illness, history of pollen contact, recent respiratory infections, vitamin D deficiency, family history of asthma, urban residence, and onset season in autumn and winter are the risk factors for acute attacks in the children with bronchial asthma
