Influencing factors of asthma attack in children with asthma at home
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of asthma attack in children with asthma at home.Methods:80 children with asthma admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The clinical data of these children were collected.According to whether asthma attacks during the 6-month period at home,they were divided into attack group and non-attack group.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of asthma attack in the children with asthma at home.Results:There were 48 cases of asthma attack in the 80 children with asthma at home with an incidence of 60.00%(48/80).There were no significant differences in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of the children with family history of asthma,history of eczema,keeping pets at home,decoration at home,overweight or obesity,and living in the city in the attack group were higher than those in the non-attack group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Logistic regression analysis showed that family history of asthma,history of eczema,keeping pets at home,decoration at home,overweight or obese,and living in the city were risk factors for asthma attacks in the children with asthma at home(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Family history of asthma,history of eczema,keeping pets at home,decoration at home,overweight or obese,and living in the city are the risk factors for asthma attacks in the children with asthma at home.
