摘要
目的:分析焦作市2022年布鲁氏菌病(布病)高危人群血清学监测结果.方法:选取2022年1-12月焦作市5384名布病高危人群进行横断面研究,观察其布病血清学检测阳性率,并分析不同性别、年龄、职业、地区、检出时间的阳性率差异.结果:5384 名布病高危人群中布病阳性 818 例,阳性率为 15.19%(818/5384);其中男性阳性率为 16.74%,女性阳性率为 11.90%;51～60 岁阳性率最高,为 20.39%;阳性率排名前 3 的职业分别为屠宰工(20.77%)、畜产品加工及贩运(16.03%)、畜牧养殖(14.68%);阳性率排名前5 的地区分别是博爱县(17.14%)、孟州县(16.06%)、温县(15.88%)、沁阳县(15.69%)、武陟县(15.25%);阳性率排名前 5 的月份分别是 6 月(24.81%)、5 月(20.90%)、7 月(15.20%)、4 月(14.57%)、3 月(14.51%).结论:焦作市 2022 年布病发病率较高,阳性病例存在性别、年龄、职业、地区、检出时间等差异.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze serological surveillance results of high-risk population of Brucellosis in Jiaozuo city in 2022.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 5384 high-risk population of Brucellosis in Jiaozuo from January to December 2022.The positive rate of Brucellosis serological detection was observed,and the positive rate differences of the patients with different genders,ages,occupations,regions and detection times were analyzed.Results:Among the 5384 high-risk population of Brucellosis,818 were positive with positive rate of 15.19%(818/5384).The positive rate of male was 16.74%,and the positive rate of female was 11.90%.The highest positive rate(20.39%)occurred in those of 51-60 years old.The top three occupations with the higher positive rates were slaughterers(20.77%),livestock product processing and trafficking(16.03%),and livestock breeding(14.68%).The top five regions with the higher positive rates were Boai county(17.14%),Mengzhou county(16.06%),Wen county(15.88%),Qinyang county(15.69%)and Wuzhi county(15.25%).The top five months with the higher positive rate were June(24.81%),May(20.90%),July(15.20%),April(14.57%)and March(14.51%).Conclusions:The incidence of Brucellosis in Jiaozuo city in 2022 is high,and the positive cases are different in the patients with different gender,age,occupation,region and detection time.
