Effects of Clopidogrel combined with Ezetimibe in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris
Objective:To observe effects of Clopidogrel combined with Ezetimibe in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 126 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to February 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ezetimibe, while the observation group was treated with Clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets on the basis of that of the control group. The levels of blood lipid indexes[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],the cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)],the carotid plaque related indexes(plaque number, plaque total score,intima-media thickness),the vascular endothelial function indexes[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)]levels, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results:After the treatment, the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the HDL-C levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEF levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of plaques in the two groups was less than that before the treatment, and that in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the Grouse score and the intima-media thickness of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NO levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the ET levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Clopidogrel combined with Ezetimibe in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can improve the levels of blood lipid indexes, cardiac function indexes and vascular endothelial function indexes, and reduce the levels of carotid plaque related indexes. Moreover,it is superior to single Ezetimibe treatment.
