Clinical effects of Atorvastatin calcium combined with Bisoprolol fumarate in treatment of patients with myocardial ischemia
Objective:To observe clinical effects of Atorvastatin calcium combined with Bisoprolol fumarate in treatment of patients with myocardial ischemia. Methods:The clinical data of 88 patients with myocardial ischemia admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group,44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bisoprolol fumarate, while the observation group was treated with Atorvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group. The levels of cardiac function indexes, inflammatory indexes and hemodynamic indexes, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:After the treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter,interleukin-6,interleukin-10 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group;the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the levels of cardiac output, cardiac output and cardiac index were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Atorvastatin calcium combined with Bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of the patients with myocardial ischemia can improve the cardiac function and the hemodynamic index levels, and reduce the levels of inflammatory indexes. Moreover,it is superior to single Bisoprolol fumarate treatment.
