Application effects of Esketamine combined with Sufentanil in patients with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after cesarean section
Objective:To observe application effects of Esketamine combined with Sufentanil in patients with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)after cesarean section. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients after cesarean section admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to August 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The PCIA after the surgery in the control group was treated with Sufentanil citrate injection, while the PCIA after the surgery in the observation group was combined with Esketamine hydrochloride injection on the basis of that of the control group. The visual analogue scale(VAS)score, the number of PCIA compressions, the Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:At 2,6,12,24 and 48 h after the surgery, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of PCIA compressions in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three days after the surgery, the EPDS scores of the two groups were higher than those before the surgery, but that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during PCIA between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Esketamine combined with Sufentanil in the PCIA patients after cesarean section can reduce the postoperative VAS score and the EPDS score and reduce the number of PCIA compressions. Moreover,it is superior to single Sufentanil.
