Effects of graded psychological nursing combined with cognitive behavioral nursing in patients undergoing cardiac valve surgery
Objective:To observe effects of graded psychological nursing combined with cognitive behavioral nursing in patients undergoing cardiac valve surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients who underwent cardiac valve surgery in this hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the graded psychological nursing combined with cognitive behavioral nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience,the self-care agency,and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of Chinese psychological resilience scale,exercise of self-care agency and general quality of life inventory-74 in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the graded psychological nursing combined with cognitive behavioral nursing can improve the psychological resilience,the self-care ability and the quality of life of the patients undergoing cardiac membrane surgery.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
