Application effects of nursing based on Omaha system theory in patients with viral hepatitis cirrhosis
Objective:To observe application effects of nursing based on Omaha system theory in patients with viral hepatitis cirrhosis.Methods:88 patients with viral hepatitis cirrhosis admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,while the observation group was received the nursing based on Omaha system theory.The scores of self-management ability,the quality of life[general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)],and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of self-management ability such as diet management,daily life management,disease monitoring management and medication management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of social function,physical function,psychological state and material life state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45%(42/44),which was higher than 81.82%(36/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The nursing based on Omaha system theory in the patients with viral hepatitis cirrhosis can improve the self-management ability scores,the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
