Application effects of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing in radiotherapy patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis
Objective:To observe application effects of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing in radiotherapy patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis. Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis admitted to this hospital from December 2018 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing on the basis of the control group. The subjective overall score, the albumin and hemoglobin levels, the quality of life score, the negative emotion score, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of subjective overall assessment as well as the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the albumin and hemoglobin levels and the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing can improve the albumin levels, the hemoglobin levels, the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the radiotherapy patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis, and reduce the subjective overall evaluation and the negative emotion scores. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
