Influencing factors of depression in pregnant women in early pregnancy
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of depression in pregnant women in early pregnancy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 567 pregnant women in early pregnancy who were registered in the clinical psychology department of air force medical center from March 2019 to October 2021.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)was used to evaluate the depression status of these pregnant women.According to the results,they were divided into depression group and normal control group.The baseline data of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The influencing factors of depression in the early pregnant women were analyzed.Results:Among the 567 pregnant women in early pregnancy,59 had SDS score≥53,and the incidence of depression in early pregnancy was 10.41%(59/567).There were no significant differences between the two groups in age,body mass index,living area,gestational age,occupation,spouse age,spouse career,parents living together,number of pregnancies,number of births,history of adverse pregnancy,planned conception,parents'attitude towards pregnancy,influence on sexual life and choice of delivery mode(P>0.05).There were significant differences in educational background,smoking history,drinking history,depression history,family monthly income,living situation,perinatal death experience,current illness,family care,fear of pregnancy process,expectation of children's gender,parents'expectation of children's gender,life event scale(LES)score between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that drinking history,depression history,expectation of children's gender,parents'expectation of children's gender,and LES score≥20 were risk factors for depression in the pregnant women in early pregnancy(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Drinking history,depression history,expectation of children's gender,parents'expectation of children's gender,and LES score≥20 are the risk factors for depression in the pregnant women in early pregnancy.
