Effects of Sulodexide combined with Captopril on microinflammatory state and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy
Objective:To investigate effects of Sulodexide combined with Captopril on microinflammatory state and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to this hospital from March 2020 to April 2022.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Captopril tablets, while the study group was treated with Sulodexide soft capsules on the basis of that of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, the renal function indexes[24 h urine protein quantification(24hUP),serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]levels, the serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]levels,the immune function indexes[immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgM]levels, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of SCR,BUN,24hUP,CRP and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of IgA and IgM were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Sulodexide combined with Captopril is effective in the treatment of the patients with diabetic nephropathy, which can improve the renal function, reduce the micro-inflammatory state, and improve the immune function. Moreover,it is superior to single Captopril treatment.
