Effects of Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection in treatment of patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery
Objective:To observe effects of Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection in treatment of patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 124 patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,62 cases in each.Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery.After the surgery,the control group was treated with Gestrinone capsules,while the observation group was treated with Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,the levels of sex hormone indexes[anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],the number of antral follicles,the ovarian volume before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(60/62),which was higher than 72.58%(45/62)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of AMH in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of E2 and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the number of antral follicles in both groups was less than that before the treatment,but that in the observation group was more than that in the control group;the ovarian volume of the two groups was smaller than that before the treatment,but that in the observation group was larger than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection in the treatment of the patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the number of sinus follicles,increase the ovarian volume,and improve the levels of sex hormone indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Gestrinone capsules treatment.
