Effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in treatment of children with autism spectrum language disorders
Objective:To observe effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in treatment of children with autism spectrum language disorders. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 81 children with autism spectrum language disorders admitted to this hospital from March 2019 to November 2021.They were divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(40 cases)by using the random number table method. The control group was given language stimulation combined with psychological intervention, while the observation group was given transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group. The levels of nerve factor indexes, development indexes and communication ability indexes were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results:After the treatment, the levels of ciliary neurotrophic factor, glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,brain-derived neurotrophic factor and nerve growth factor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the scores of motor behavior,personal-social behavior, language behavior, adaptive behavior and developmental quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of triggering communication, response to others and conversation skills were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy on the basis of language stimulation combined with psychological intervention can improve the levels of nerve factor indexes and development indexes as well as the communication ability index scores in the children with autism spectrum language disorders. Moreover,it is superior to single language stimulation combined with psychological intervention.
