Gout is a progressive metabolic disease closely related to hyperuricemia and urate depoSTTion.It is difficult to cure.This article reviewed the research progress of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the diagnosis of gout,and summarized the process and experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of gout through 3 typical cases in this hospital,in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gout.
