Comparison of ultrasound image features of unruptured tubal pregnancy and corpus luteum cyst of pregnancy
Objective:To compare ultrasound image features of unruptured tubal pregnancy and corpus luteum cyst of pregnancy. Methods:The clinical data of 68 patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy admitted to this hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the observation group. The clinical data of 40 patients with corpus luteum cyst of pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed and they were selected as the control group. Both groups underwent vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography. The ultrasonic image features, mass blood flow distribution, mass blood flow spectrum morphology, and mass and ipsilateral ovarian position change rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination showed that there were no significant differences in the size of the mass and the thickness of the ring wall between the two groups(P>0.05).The resistance index(RI)and high echo rate of the ring wall in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the low echo rate of the ring wall was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the distribution of mass blood flow between the two groups(P<0.05).The blood flow spectrum of high resistance type and low resistance type in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the blood flow spectrum rate of very low resistance type was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After changing the position, the change rate of mass and ipsilateral ovarian position in the observation group was 88.24%,which was higher than 0 in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The RI,the ring wall high echo rate, the blood flow spectrum of high resistance type and low resistance type, the mass and ipsilateral ovarian position change rate in the ultrasound image features of the patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy are higher than those of the patients with pregnancy corpus luteum cyst.Further, the ring wall low echo rate and the very low resistance type blood flow spectrum rate are lower than those of the patients with pregnancy corpus luteum cyst, and the mass blood flow distribution is not rich.
