Expression levels of serum VEGF,MIP-1α and MVD in children with nephroblastoma with different pathological features
Objective:To analyze expression levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α)and micro vascular density(MVD)in children with nephroblastoma with different pathological features. Methods:A total of 89 children with nephroblastoma admitted to this hospital from January 2015 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 89 healthy children in the physical examination center of the hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group. The serum levels of VEGF,MIP-1α and MVD were compared between the two groups and among the children with nephroblastoma with different pathological features. Results:The levels of serum VEGF,MIP-1α and MVD in the observation group were higher than those in the healthy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the serum VEGF,MIP-1α and MVD levels in the nephroblastoma children with different pathological features showed that:Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage>Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage, tumor rupture>tumor unruptured, lymph node metastasis>without lymph node metastasis, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum levels of VEGF,MIP-1α and MVD in the children with nephroblastoma are highly, and are correlated with the pathological features such as pathological stage, tumor rupture and lymph node metastasis.
