Application effects of cluster nursing in postoperative patients with gallstones
Objective:To observe application effects of cluster nursing in postoperative patients with gallstones.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with gallstones admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to February 2022.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.After the surgery,the control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the cluster nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of negative emotions[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],the quality of life[general quality of life questionnaire-74(GQOLI-74)]before and after the nursing,the incidence of complications,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 0,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 72.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster nursing for the patients with gallstone surgery can improve the negative emotions,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
