Application effects of incentive psychological nursing in patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation
Objective:To observe application effects of incentive psychological nursing in patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation admitted to this hospital from March 2017 to March 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given the incentive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score,the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)score,the coping style[trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)]score, the quality of life[short form health survey scale(SF-36)]score before and after the nursing, the incidence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental,paranoid,somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and terror in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive coping scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the negative coping scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67%,which was lower than 13.33%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of physiological function, health status, emotional function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the incentive psychological nursing can improve the CD-RISC scores, the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation, improve the TCSQ scores, and reduce the SCL-90 scores and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
