Application effects of knowledge-attitude-practice mode-based nursing on patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever
Objective:To explore application effects of knowledge-attitude-practice mode-based nursing on patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever admitted to this hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, those patients were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the knowledge-attitude-practice mode-based nursing. The disease cognition before and after the nursing, the negative emotions before and after the nursing[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]score, the symptom relief time, the hospitalization time, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of the causes, clinical manifestations, personal protection and precautions in the disease cognition scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group;the urine protein negative conversion time, the fever time, the platelet recovery time, the blood pressure recovery time and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 83.67%(41/49)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Knowledge-attitude-practice mode-based nursing for the patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever can improve patients'disease cognition, relieve the negative emotions, shorten the symptom relief time and the hospitalization time, and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.
